COOK, MAXINE ANN Grand Haven Maxine Ann Cook, age 53, died Friday, November 4, 2005. She was born in Grand Rapids, MI on January 11, 1952 to Ora B. Sr. & Goldine Maxine Kirchen Cook. Mrs. Cook had been employed as a certified chef at various restaurants in Grand Haven until retiring. She was a member of Fruitport Christian Reformed Church. SURVIVORS 2 sisters, Margaret Beech of Grand Ledge, MI & Laurie Roger Donley of NC; 2 brothers, Ora B. Martha Cook Jr of Tucson, AZ & John Cook of Harrison, MI; aunt Millie & uncle Robert; 7 nieces; 5 great nephews; 3 great nieces & special friend, Andrea Lannin. She was preceded in death by her parents. MEMORIAL SERVICE Wednesday, November 9, 2005, at Fruitport Christian Reformed Church with Rev. Jerry Postema officiating.
