Mr. Max Branstrom, age 94, passed away Monday, February 28, 2011. He was born in Muskegon, MI on March 27, 1916 to Arthur & Alida (Young) Branstrom and served as a bomber pilot in the US Navy during WWII. Max married the former Ellen Jean Gelderloos on September 18, 1943 and had been the owner of Lucky Auto Trim for years until retiring in 1996. He was a member of New Hope Community Church in Shelby. He will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS Son, Jack Bransrom of Muskegon; daughter, Connie Berens of CO; grandchildren, Carly Sherburn & Jera Berens; brother, Keith Branstrom of FL; brother-in-law, Dudley Nedervelt; several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen in 2004. SERVICE Thursday, March 3, 2011, 4:00 PM at New Hope Community Church with Pastor Andrea DeWard officiating. MEMORIAL: The Hume Home.
