Matthew David Stickle, age 62, of Muskegon, passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2026.

Born in Michigan on November 5, 1963, to the late Daniel and Myrna (Lipka) Stickle, Matt was a lifelong resident of the Muskegon area. He attended Muskegon Public Schools, starting at Marquette Elementary. Despite facing lifelong health challenges, Matt lived a full life. He was a dedicated employee at Goodwill for many years, where he took pride in his work and was remembered for his kindness and friendly spirit.

Matt was an enthusiastic bowler and a proud member of the Good Willy bowling league, which met on Monday nights at Northway Lanes. He cherished the trophies he earned and the camaraderie he shared with his teammates. In his quiet time, Matt was a big fan of Marvel and Harry Potter movies. He had a gentle spirit and found joy in simple pleasures.

He is lovingly remembered by his sister, Debbie Stickle; his brother, Danny Stickle; and his devoted cousins, Randall and Lisa Lipka, who cared for him for many years and another cousin Robert Lipka. He is also remembered by a wide circle of "special friends" and family who considered one another brothers and sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Amy Stickle.

A Celebration Of Life for Matt will take place on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 from 10:00 AM till 12 Noon at Clock Funeral Home. Matt will be laid to rest in a private graveside service at Oak Grove Cemetery in Montague. He will be deeply missed by Debbie and by the blended family of Lisa, Randall, and their children, who remain united in love and support.
