Matteson, Estie E.

Mrs. Estie E. Matteson, age 97, passed away November 15, 2006. She was born July 15, 1909 in Old Mission, MI to Harry and Emma (Garvey) Fleming and lived in the Muskegon area most of her life. She married Floyd G. Matteson in Lansing on October 31, 1926 and he preceded her in death in 1965. SURVIVORS: 1 daughter, Joyce (Richard) Freiberg; 4 sons, Melvin, Douglas, Howard and Donald (Jackie) Matteson; 1 brother, Melvin Fleming; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. The FUNERAL SERVICE will be held Friday 1:30 P.M. at the Lee Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Porterfield presiding. INTERMENT: Ravenna Cemetery. Friends may meet with the family beginning one hour prior to the service.
