Mateo Villarreal

Mr. Mateo Villarreal, age 60, passed away Thursday, August 9, 2018. He was born in Hart, Michigan on October 1, 1957 to Francisco & Ofelia (Fuentes) Villarreal and for various employers. Mateo loved cooking and was great at it. He was well known for making the best burrito in town. He was a very caring and humble person who became an in home caretaker for his parents and nieces and nephews. Mateo also enjoyed fixing cars and being a handyman. He will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS Sisters, Felipa Phyllis (Tirso) Garza, Rita (Juan) Morales, Molly (Pablo) Garcia, Mary Villarreal; many nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews; special cousin, Isreal Fuentes. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Alex and George. SERVICE Monday, August 13, 2018, 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior to the service at the Clock Chapel - Muskegon with pastor Doug Malear officiating. Interment in Hart Cemetery.
