THOMPSON, MRS. MARY C. Grand Haven Mrs. Mary C. Thompson, age 47, died Thursday, June 17, 2004 at St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Rapids. She was born in Ludington, Michigan on June 7, 1957 to Sheldon and Annie Gudas Chatfield, they preceded her in death. She married Steve Thompson on March 2, 1985 in Custer, MI. Mrs. Thompson had been a homemaker, a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and the Muskegon 4 H Club ''Red Hot Riders''. She enjoyed horses and gardening, but foremost was her family. SURVIVORS Husband of 19 years, Steve; children, Matt and Ali Thompson at home; stepson, Ryan Thompson of Grand Haven, MI; mother and father in law, Tom Thompson of Grand Haven and Joan Thompson of Spring Lake, MI; sister, Ruth McClellan of Indiana; brother, Clarence Lita Chatfield of California; several nieces and nephews. SERVICE Monday, June 21, 2004, 10:30 AM at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Grand Haven, with Fr. William Langlois officiating. Interment will be held at 4:00 PM at the Fountain Cemetery in Fountain, MI. VISITATION Sunday, 1-5 PM, with a rosary at 4:30 pm at Clock Funeral Home, Grand Haven. MEMORIAL: American Diabetes Association.
