Mary Elizabeth Phinney, age 74, passed away Monday, February 19, 2024. She was born in Paducah, KY on December 3, 1949 to Oscar & Elsie (Woodruff) Sedberry. Mary had been employed as a In Home Care Worker for Gentiva Health Care for 12 years until retiring.

daughters, Tami (David) Cook, Wendy Phinney; grandchildren, Nicholas (Amanda) Berglund, Christopher (Amber) Berglund, Adam Cook, Lindsay Cook, Sarah (Thomas) VanderWall, Jacob ( Brandy) Cook, Amanda Martin; great-grandchildren, Hayden, Marliegh, Parker, Raelynn, Jasper, Mateo, Kinsley, Carter, Zoe, Jacob, Mona, Ira; brother Richard Sedberry. She was preceded in death by her Parents, siblings Elvest "Ellie, Oscar "Joe", Phillip, & Ray, great-nephew Jordan Schilaci.
