NAUTA, MRS. MARY E. LAKATOS Manistee, MI formerly of Grand Haven, MI Mrs. Mary E. Lakatos Nauta, age 77, died Sunday, November 18, 2001. She was born in Muskegon, MI on November 28, 1923 to Peter & Mary Szekely Lakatos & married Martin Nauta in Fruitport, MI on October 25, 1947. Mrs. Nauta was a homemaker & enjoyed arts & crafts. SURVIVORS: 2 sons, Eugene Nauta of CA & James Terry Nauta of Manistee, MI; 2 grandsons; 2 great grand-children; 5 sisters, Margaret Vitald Jawor & Veronica Borns, both of Muskegon, Irma C.B. Jones of MS, Rose Art Hartman of Muskegon & Theresa Joe Kuzinar of Fruitport; 6 brothers, George Mary Ellen Lakatos of Fruitport, Pete Jackie Lakatos of FL, James Elsa Lakatos & Joseph Alice Lakatos, both of Muskegon, Alex Delphine Lakatos of N. Muskegon & Dennis Betty Lakatos of Muskegon. She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin & by her parents, Peter & Mary. SERVICE: Wednesday, November 21, 2001, 1:00 PM at First Congregational Church of Fruitport with Pastor Ron DePung officiating. Interment at Fruitport Cemetery.
