Mary Elizabeth Lofgren, age 89, passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2023. She was born in Muskegon, MI on November 27, 1933 to Henry & Norma (Osborne) Bultema and graduated from Muskegon High School in 1951. She was a former member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church. Mary worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Roosevelt Park Nursing Center for 27 years until retiring. In retirement she continued to care for private patients in their homes. Mary had a real heart for the elderly and her children and grandchildren were her life. Mary liked to go antiquing, going to estate sales, baking and gardening.

5 daughters Donna Deering, Pam Hanna, Laurie Deering, Kristy (Tom) Burrous, Holly (Brian) Semelbauer; grandchildren, Jeannie (Ryan), Phil, Melissa, Elizabeth, Sara (Mark), Courtney, Caitlin, Christopher (Rose), Christina (Brooke); great-grandchildren, Porter, Vivienne, Alyssa (Justin), Jacob (Alston), Avaire, Jaide, Grace, Mylah, Melleah, Joshua, Alivia, Joy, Carter, Sawyer, Brecklin; great-great grandchildren, Jovi and True; sister in law Louise Pruim, nephews Jack and Jim (Linda) Bultema and niece Peggy (Scott) Morrissey and Olivia and Kaylie Morrissey; good friends Judy Mink, Myra Thies. She was preceded in death by her husbands Donald Deering and Ronald Lofgren, granddaughter Paulette Deering and great-granddaughter Glory.
