Mary Ellen Lakatos

LAKATOS, MRS. MARY ELLEN Fruitport Mrs. Mary E. Lakatos, age 76, died Wednesday, July 7, 2004. She was born in Muskegon, MI on March 23, 1928 to Maynard & Ada Sartwell Hart & married George Lakatos on January 18, 1947. Mrs. Lakatos had been in Assembly at Kysor Industries for 22 years until retiring in 1980. She was a member of First Congregational Church of Fruitport & former member of the Muskegon Moose Lodge. Mrs. Lakatos was a longtime member of Happy Wanders Trailer Club and enjoyed traveling, camping and being with her family. SURVIVORS Husband, George; 1 son, Mike Wendy Lakatos of Fruitport; 2 daughters, Diane Don Anderson of Saranac, MI & Marlene Ron Becklin of Holton, MI; 7 grandchildren, Kelly, Amy, Tricia, Ryan, Adam, Sarah 2 great grandchildren, Madison & Andrew; 3 sisters, Gladys VanderZwaag of Spring Lake, Bernice Floyd Parsons of Ravenna & Ruth Ann Richard Miller of Grand Haven; several nieces & nephews; She was preceded in death by 1 sister, Carol Parcham.
