EYKE, R.N., MISS MARY A. Muskegon Miss Mary A. Eyke, R.N., age 92, died Saturday, May 21, 2005. She was born in Mukegon, MI on August 29, 1912 to William L. & Adeline F. Andrews Eyke. Miss Eyke had received her BA from Marquette University & was employed as a Registered Nurse & taught OB/GYN & pediatrics nursing at Mercy School of Nursing at Mercy Hospital for 30 years until retiring in 1974. She was a member of First Congregational Church, Zonta & active at the YFCA swim group. SURVIVORS 1 sister, Dorothy Sister William Eyke of IN; 1 sister-in-law, Elizabeth Eyke of North Muskegon; 1 niece, Gina Loren Avis of CO; 2 nephews, William Mary Lou Eyke Jr. of North Muskegon & Jefferson Sandra Eyke of FL; 7 great nephews & nieces & 9 great great nephews & nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents & a brother, William C. Eyke. SERVICE Saturday, June 4, 2005, 4:00 PM at First Congregational Church with Rev. Tim VanderHaar officiating.
