Martha Louise Hall, age 87, passed away Sunday, September 15, 2024. She was born in Muskegon, MI on May 29, 1937 to John & Katherine (Lavely) Bloomquist and graduated from Muskegon High School in 1955. Martha then went on to the University of Michigan where she earned her Bachelor's degree in teaching and later earned her Masters Degree from Grand Valley State University. She worked for Muskegon Public Schools for 44 years starting as an English teacher, then an Administrator and finally became the Assistant Superintendent, retiring in 2002. Martha was a member of the Muskegon County Retired Teachers Association and she liked to travel to visit relatives and spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In her final days she was very humbled by all the people who said she had touched their lives.

Son Edward (Alisha) Hall; Grandchildren, Amber (John) Stakelbeck, Edward D.K. Hall, Nathan Hall, Justin Keech, Heidi Keech, Antonio (Sydnie) Alviar, Alecia Alviar; Great-grandchildren, Johnny, Elijah, Isaac, Lucas, Samson, Kameron. She was preceded in death by a grandson Alexander Alviar and her brothers Harold and Jack Bloomquist

CELEBRATION OF LIFE

A Celebration of Life Gathering will take place on Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at Clock Funeral Home with a Time of Sharing at 4:30 PM.
