Marlene Ann Murray, age 88, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, April 19, 2024. She was born in Muskegon, MI on October 9, 1935 to Floyd & Winnie (Vanderwest) Farber and attended Sacred Heart School. She later married George Murray and he preceded her in death in 1991. Marlene worked several different jobs through the years and also worked as a home health care provider. She liked to bake and sew clothes especially for her grandchildren. Marlene lived her life for the Lord. She attended several churches, most recently at First Congregational Church in Fruitport, MI.

daughters , Kathy Thompson Hosko, Jenny (Joel) Hosko, Sherri (Ron) Maner, Marlene Jr.(Tony); sons, Edward Thompson, Bruce Thompson; Sister, Lorene (Wayne) McPheron; sister-in-laws, Eva Farber, Nellie Farber; Many grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren; special relatives, Joyce Bisacky, Donald Long. She was preceded in death by her husband George, great-granddaughter, Angel Gabrielle Green; brothers, George Farber, Leonard Farber, Donald Farber; sisters Katherine Long, Janice Strickler.

SERVICE

Thursday, April 25, 2024, 1:00 PM at Clock Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Scott officiating. Interment in Egelston Township Cemetery.
