Mark was born on October 23, 1952, the son of Raymond and Esther Ambrose. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1976 and went on to dedicate more than four decades to caring for others through his practice, Ambrose Chiropractic.
