MARJORIE MURRAY PATRICK

January 9, 1932 - September 24, 2023

Our mother Marjorie (Marge) Murray Patrick left this earth on Sunday September 24, 2023 at the age of 91 in Muskegon, MI. Although we miss her dearly, our hearts are full of love and joy now that she has reunited with her husband, William M. Patrick (passed in 2015), a marriage that lasted 62 years. They loved each other dearly and now they will be together with their Lord for eternity.

Marjorie Patrick was born in Los Angeles, California, January 9, 1932. She graduated from South Gate High School in June of 1949. She met her future husband at a church dance and never looked back. They eventually were married and soon moved to San Antonio Texas where her husband served in the Air Force during the Korean War.

Our parents led an extremely vital and adventurous life having left their home in San Jose California in 1961 for the Great Lakes of Michigan. Marge Patrick embraced the beauty of West Michigan and created a loving home for her family which still resides in the North Muskegon area, the surrounding region of West Michigan, and beyond the borders of the United States. As her children grew and graduated from high school, she expanded her career options by working for Comerica Bank in North Muskegon where she became a favorite with many of her customers.

Our mother left a large family that included her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She remained close to them all and her love for her family was deep. The family include the following:

Her son Steven R. Patrick (Diane)

Her son Kevin L. Patrick (Lynn); Her grandchildren Shane Patrick (Erin) and Nichole Wright (Brandon); Her great grandchildren Kaden Patrick, Jacinda Patrick, Emma Wright, Kolton Wright, Isabel Patrick, Mia Wright, and James Patrick.

Her daughter Kristina M. Patrick; Her grandchildren Shallon White (Andy), Joseph Rhoades, and Daisha Ngo (Adam); Her great grandchildren Jaylyn Brown, Cameron Cech Rhoades, Madison and Maddox Ngo, and Bryson White.

Her son Bryan A. Patrick; Her grandchildren Britni Hagwood (Jay) and Lance Patrick.

Her daughter Kathryn Davis (Rollie); Her grandchildren Alex Moore, Shaya Moore (Danny Trevino); Her great grandchildren Ayla Trevino, Grace Trevino, and Garrett Trevino.

Our mother will be dearly missed not only by her family but also by her many friends she cherished over the years. A few names require mentioning that includes Dennis and Shirley DeVries. Thank you for your continued support for our mother that included many trips to many doctors and related appointments; you are both angels. Thank you, Jean Beardsley, for your lifelong friendship with our mother as it meant so much to her throughout her life in Muskegon. Thank you, Pat Carney, for always accommodating our mother so she felt attractive with an outstanding hair style. Our mother was always in a great mood after her hair was done. Thank you, Jess Johnson, for your emotional and intellectual support for our mother after our father passed away. You are an angel. You will never be forgotten. There are many others that touched Marge's life each and every day. Thank you all.

Our mother was blessed. And now she is with our Creator and with the man she loved so very deeply. We love you Mom and always will. You were life, you gave life, and you will be forever remembered and loved. Miss you Mom, we'll see you sometime in the future.
