DEVRIES, MRS. MARIE Muskegon, MI Mrs. Marie DeVries, age 84, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, January 13, 2003. She was born in Muskegon on April 15, 1918 to Cornelius & Grace Huizenga Kramer & married Alvin DeVries on February 25, 1939. Mrs. DeVries was a member of Berean Church in Muskegon. SURVIVORS 1 son, Ronald Emily DeVries of Muskegon, MI; 2 daughters, Darlene Ronald Derr & Joann David Slater, both of Muskegon, MI;7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Alvin on April 16, 1994, by 3 brothers & 6 sisters. SERVICE Wednesday, January 15, 2003, 3:00 PM at the Clock Chapel with Rev. Dwight Reed officiating. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery. VISITATION Wednesday, one hour prior to the service at Clock Funeral Home. MEMORIAL: Berean Church Memorial Fund or Alzheimer's Association.
