THOMAS, MRS. MARIAN ARLENE Muskegon, MI Mrs. Marian Arlene Thomas, age 81, died Tuesday, September 23, 2003 at Brookhaven Medical Care Facility. She was born in Ithica, MI to Edward & Carrie Russell Young on August 15, 1922 & moved to Muskegon with her family in 1926. She joined Elmer Stephen Thomas in Marriage on October 3, 1942. Mrs. Thomas enjoyed gatherings with her family, playing bingo & an occasional trip to a slot machine. SURVIVORS She is survived by her husband of almost 61 years, Elmer; 3 daughters, Nancy Sibley of Spring Lake, MI, Carole Sibley & Vicki Jurecic, both of Muskegon, MI; 1 son, Allen Julie Thomas of Muskegon, MI; 11 grandchildren, Arthur Denise Sibley, Sherie Thompson-Cheli, Alan & Troy Amanda Sibley, Brandy Ward, Jon Gray, Michael Ann, Alex, Logan & Breanne Thomas; 10 great- grandchildren; 1 sister, Lila Donald Dobberstein & 1 brother, Edward Young, both of Muskegon, MI. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Patsy Thomas & 2 sisters, Ethel Cline & Agnus Olsen. SERVICE Friday, September 26, 2003, 1:00 PM at the Clock Chapel with Rev. Dwight Reed officiating. Interment at Lakeside Cemetery. VISITATION Thursday, 7-9 PM at Clock Funeral Home. MEMORIAL: American Cancer Society. Clock - Muskegon
