NORTH, MRS. MARIAN RUTH Spring Lake, MI Mrs. Marian Ruth North, age 78, died Friday, November 15, 2002. She was born on September 6, 1924 in Muskegon, MI to Albert & Josephine Burghorn Johnson. She married Willard North Sr. on February 16, 1945 & he preceded her in death on August 10, 1954. Mrs. North was a homemaker, a daycare provider, a member of the VFW Women's Auxiliary & she enjoyed knitting. Survivors: 2 sons, Willard North of Grand Haven, MI & Dennis North of Muskegon, MI; daughter; Patricia Carskadon of Grand Haven, MI; 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Louella Rose of Muskegon, MI; brother; Eugene Betty Johnson of Fruitport, MI; sister-in-law, Marian Johnson of Grand Haven, MI. Mrs. North was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Walter, Frank, Donovan & Julius ''Jim'' Johnson. Memorial Service: Tuesday, November 19, 2002, 10:30 AM at the Clock Chapel with Rev.
