Maria Deluvina Murphy has gone to be with our Lord and Savior on January 20th 2024 at the age of 89. She will be remembered as a loving mother, wife, sister and

grandmother, sweet and caring, with a fervent and unwavering love for God and an inspiration to all. She prayed everyday and was the kindest, and gentlest soul. She was loved by all and will be truly missed. She is preceded in death by her parents, Patrick and Tomasita Mirabel, her husband John Murphy II, son John Murphy III, brother Eddie Mirabal, sister Patsy (Bob) Boner, sister-in-laws Marilyn (Felix) Chavez, Katie(Richard) Saylor, Lena Mirabal, and by her Grandma Lala. She is survived by her daughters, Teresa (Vance) Brown, Angelina Murphy and Lisa Kirst, and all of her wonderful brothers and sisters who loved her so much, Frances Mirabal, Diana(Lowel) Carlson, Ruby(John) Chapman, Michael(Cindy) Mirabal Joe(Gwen) Mirabal, Johnnie Mirabal, Jennifer (Don) Plaisted and her sister-in-law Patricia Barrick. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren, Vance, Heather, Nicole, Vincent, Mathew, Tanner, Charlie, Kaylie and Daniel, along with 8 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was very much loved and will be forever missed.

A celebration of Maria's life was held on May 4, 2024 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers please donate to a charity of your choice in honor of Maria Murphy.
