Maria Alvarado

Ms. Maria Alvarado, age 63, passed away Sunday, March 12, 2017. She was born in Alamo, Texas on January 7, 1954 to Adolfo & Dolores (Calderon) Alvarado. Ms. Alvarado had been employed at Bil Mar Foods for 20 years. Maria was a member of St. Jean's Catholic Church and enjoyed cooking, shopping, Bingo and Facebook games. SURVIVORS Children, Emilio (Susie) Cruz Jr., Elenita Cruz, Angel (Amanda) Cruz, Zenaida Cruz, Monica (Branden) Carroll; grandchildren, Michael Cruz, Briana Cruz, Mikayla Smith, Mia Cruz, Anthony Martinez, Terrence Grisham Jr., Thalya Cruz, Angelica Cruz, Erik Williams, Alicia Cruz, Taylor Cruz, Jessica Cruz, Jordan Cruz, Branden Carrol Jr., Zendaya Carrol and twins on the way; 1 great grandchild; siblings, Leopolodo (Iliana) Alvarado, Gabriel (Maria) Alvarado, Gloria (Daniel) Avellaneda, Dolores (Aurelio) Reynoso; many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Santiago Cruz; grandson, Kristopher Cruz; brother, Bulmaro Rodriquez and sister, Rosa Landeros. SERVICE Friday, March 17, 2017, 10:00 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery. VISITATION Thursday, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Clock Funeral Home-Muskegon.
