Marcella Rood

Miss Marcella Rood, age 92, went to be with her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, March 28, 2008. She was born in Muskegon, MI on July 22, 1915 to Sigurd & Anna (Olsen) Rood. Miss Rood had been employed as a switch board operator & blue print machinist at Brunswick for 20 years until retiring. She was a member of Olivet Evangelical Free Church. SURVIVORS 1 brother, Carlton (Margaret) Rood of Muskegon; many nieces, nephews & cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents & 7 siblings, Douglas Rood, Marvin Rood, Rudy Rood, Doris Reubens, Geraldine Holt, Maxine Burkall & Beverly Boucher. SERVICE Tuesday, April 1, 2008, 11:00 AM at Olivet Evangelical Free Church with Rev. Craig Cramblet officiating. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery.
