Mabel Burghduf

Mrs. Mabel F. Burghduf, age 99, died Monday, September 21, 2009. She was born in Claybanks Township, MI on January 25, 1910 to William & Louise (Omness) Webber and married George Burghduf in August of 1929. Mrs. Burghduf had been employed in the kitchen at Holiday Inn until retiring. She was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church and enjoyed traveling & crossword puzzles. Mabel loved to spend time with her family and will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS Son, Ronald Burghduf; daughters, Jacqueline Peterson, Marlene Erdman, Barbara (William) Majersky; 17 grandchildren, over 50 great grandchildren; 28 great great grandchildren; sister, Mildred Server. She was preceded in death by her husband, George; her parents; siblings, Elma, Ernie, & Carl. SERVICE Friday, September 25, 2009, 2:00 PM at the Clock Chapel - Muskegon with Pastor Robert J. Conradt officiating. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery. VISITATION Friday, 1 hour prior to the service at Clock Life Story Funeral Home - Muskegon. MEMORIAL: Our Redeemer Lutheran Church.
