Lorie Jane Dewitt

Dewitt, Ms. Lorie Jane Branch, Michigan Ms. Lorie Jane Dewitt, age 56, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 5, 2021 at her home in Branch, Michigan after a very short battle with cancer. She was born in Grand Haven, Michigan on June 26, 1964 to Roger Johnson & Sandra Quail, she married Dale Dewitt who has preceded her in death. Lorie truly lived her life to the fullest through simple pleasures by taking road trips and off roading with her sweetheart, Robert. She always wanted to enjoy the best of what nature had to offer and savored the quality time with her family and friends. Lorie never had children of her own, but she was quick to open her home and heart to many children throughout the years, loving them as her own. She also had a large heart for her countless dogs and cats she has owned through the years. The family wishes to give a very special thanks to Robert Califf for giving Lorie a second chance at love and for standing by her through her darkest days. We will forever be greatful.
