Loretta Marie Hoyle Parrish

Marie Parrish, age 88, passed away Friday evening on February 25, 2011. She was born in Mulberry Grove, Illinois on November 18, 1922 to Charles and Lola Hoyle. After she took an early retirement from Shaw-Walker, she started her own cleaning business. She was also a Mary Kay Consultant for 17 years. She was an active member of Calvary Church of Fruitport. SURVIVORS She is survived by her children, Karla (Mike) Lenkiewicz and Sheldon (Darla) Parrish of Muskegon; her grandchildren, Keri (Chris) Cooper of Muskegon, CMSgt. Sheldon E. (Janise) Parrish of Hawaii and Chandra Parrish of California; her great-grandchildren, Brandon Parrish, and Autumn, Danika and Luci Cooper; her sisters, Eileen Luckett of Muskegon and Eleanor Sanka of Fruitport; her brother, Elmer (Enid) Hoyle of Ravenna; her care giver, Carmen Majersky and her pet of 17 years, Joie-a female cockatiel; as well as, many nieces, nephews and friends. Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Mark Parrish, her parents, and her best friend, Leah Wonnenberg. CELEBRATION OF LIFE A celebration of her life will be held at Calvary Church of Fruitport on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Dr. William J. Rudd officiating.
