Lionel Earl Penn, age 73, passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2023. He was born in Muskegon, MI on December 30, 1949, to Mozell Jefferson & Josephine Penn. Lionel, affectionately known as "Lime or Lima Bean" graduated from Muskegon High School in 1967 and attended Western Michigan University for 2 years. He married Annette Stuckey in 2014. Lionel had been employed as a Machinist for Sealed Power. Lionel was a member of Holy Trinity COGIC and was a part of the usher board at the church. He loved to play board games, chess, hunt small game, participate in hunting competitions with his hunting club, and write about hunting for magazines.

Wife, Annette Stuckey; Brother, Jimmy (Karen) McFarlin; Brother-in-law, Lawrence (Jacqueline) Thomas; Sons, Prince Jefferson and Ely Jefferson; Daughter, Onnika Jefferson; Step-Son, James Bothwell; and Step-Daughter, Dominique Bothwell; special cousin, Gloria Jean Davis; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Jacqueline Thomas.
