Linda Sue Levandowski

Linda Sue Levandowski, 83, of Muskegon, Michigan, passed away at home on Friday, March 27,2026, surrounded by her loving family. Born on May 17, 1942, in Lima, Ohio, to Virgil & Martha (Pummell) Cox, Linda devoted her life to her family and home. She married the love of her life, Phillip Levandowski, on January 21, 1961 and together they shared more than six decades of marriage, beginning with a blind date in Muskegon and simple outings to McDonald's that blossomed into a lifetime of memories.

A proud member of the Muskegon Eagles Aerie 668, Linda was active and enjoyed the camaraderie of friends over cards. She loved playing euchre and cribbage and kept a zest for life with trips to the casino-especially Little River-often taking the bus to meet friends and try her luck. Her spirit of fun and her warm heart were an inspiration to those who knew her.

Linda is survived by her husband, Phillip; her sons, Dwayne (Dawn) and Craig (Lonnie); daughter-in-law Gayle; her grandchildren, Jordan (Billy) Bourdo, Ashton Levandowski, Geoff (Jessica) Jefferies, Rochelle Levandowski, Adam (Stephanie) McDaniels, Amanda Lamonte; great-grandchildren Emrey, Hadley, Braley, River, Klayton, Josey, Will, Kathleen, Anakin. She was preceded in death by her son Jeff and a grandson Keith Jefferies.

She will be remembered for her kindness, her love of family traditions, and the way she encouraged everyone to get up, go, and enjoy life. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place.
