Linda Ferenz

Linda Lee Ferenz, age 66, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 30, 2009, following a battle with melanoma. She was born on August 7, 1942 to Leopold & Helen (Ritter) Valachovics. Linda had a passion for books and appropriately so, was the library clerk at Lincoln Park Elementary for well over 30 years. Linda also enjoyed collecting dolls and watching her grandchildren participate in sports and perform in school band. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and students. SURVIVORS She is survived by her daughters, Bethany (Joseph) Ribesky, Rebecca (Terry) Grammar, both of Muskegon; 5 grandchildren; her very special friend, Joseph Mosley; 3 brothers, Richard Valachovics of Muskegon, Paul (Cheryl) Valachovics of Rockford, MI, Roger (Shelley) Valachovics of Muskegon; sister, Rita (Harold) Diephouse of Farmington Hills, MI. SERVICE In compliance with Linda's wishes there will be no services. MEMORIAL: Hackley VNS Hospice or Friends of the Library at Lincoln Park Elementary.
