Leslie Major

Mrs. Leslie Fern Major, age 97, passed away Friday, January 19, 2018. She was born in Muskegon, Michigan on January 9, 1921 to Leslie & Anna (Burns) McCormick and married Donald Major on October 15, 1938. Mrs. Major was a former member of the Church of the Nazarene, enjoyed cooking as well as baking. SURVIVORS Son, Richard (Debbie) Major of Florida; daughter, Donna (Dewitt, Jr.) Wilson of Muskegon; 13 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 30 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald in 2004; sons, Donald "Butch" & Walter Major; daughter, Judy Major Norris; grandson, Joseph Hallauer. SERVICE Tuesday, January 23, 2018, 1:00 pm with visitation one hour prior at Clock Chapel - Muskegon. Interment in Mona View Cemetery. MEMORIAL: Alzheimer's Association or Sanctuary at the Park Activity Room.
