Leonard Halub

Mr. Leonard A. Halub, age 93, passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2012. He was born in Bay City, MI on August 6, 1918 to Stanley & Josephine (Buczek) Halub and served his country in the US Army during WWII. He married the former Mary Jane Sessions on February 21, 1949. Mr. Halub had been employed in purchasing at General Motors for 42 years until retiring. He was a long time parishioner and choir member at St. Francis deSales Catholic Church and member of the Muskegon Elks Lodge. SURVIVORS Daughters, Mary Ann Cauchy of Midland, Carol (Brent) Clark of Grand Haven; sons, Kevin (Marty) Halub of Norton Shores, Rodney (Anne) Halub of NC; grandchildren, Michael Cauchy, Kirsten Gutmann, Sarah Ranger, Anne Purcell, Jameson Karry, Meghan Halub, Heather Halub; great grandchildren, David Karry, Anneke Gutmann, James Gutmann. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary on January 7, 2012 and son-in-law, Michael Cauchy.
