Leon S. Dobben

Mr. Leon Scott Dobben, age 55, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2019. He was born in Muskegon, MI on December 27, 1963 to David & Marialyce (Alkema) Dobben. He married the former Jennifer Barringer on July 21, 2018. Mr. Dobben had been employed as a Machinist for Michigan Stamp & Spring. Leon was a 19 year member of AA and volunteer for the HumUnity Center. He was passionate in helping people. He loved spending his spare time in the woods cutting down trees to supply wood for family, friends and those in need. SURVIVORS Wife, Jennifer Dobben; children, Jessica (Lee) Usmial, Kaitlyn Dobben; stepchildren, Jasmine Broton, Dylan Broton, Addison Broton; grandchildren, Kohl, Stan, Katie mother, Marialyce Dobben; siblings, David (Alice) Dobben, Rhonda Kelly, Bartley Dobben, Michael (Cheryl Hiemstra) Dobben, Bruce Dobben, Denny Barnhard Jr.; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
