Lawrence Osborn

Mr. Lawrence "Larry" E. Osborn, age 87, died Friday, June 6, 2014. He was born in Newaygo, MI on September 26, 1926 to Carr & Edith (Hole) Osborn and served his country in the US Army during WWII. Larry married the former Eva Jean Widmayer on February 6, 1947 and had been employed as a Supervisor at Consumers Power for 32 years until retiring in 1985. He was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church and enjoyed being a foster parent. SURVIVORS Sons, Larry Jr. (Lynne) Osborn of Muskegon, Ron Osborn of Twin Lake, Harold "Carr" (Nestor DeBaca) Osborn of CA; daughters, Jean (Larry) Boxer of Fremont, Lisa (Thu) Le of North Muskegon; 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; Brother Raymond Jake (Mary) Osborn of Newaygo; sister-in-law, Shirley Osborn of Newaygo; several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Eva in 2011 and brothers Leonard and Gerald. MEMORIAL SERVICE Friday, June 27, 2014, 12:30 PM at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church with Rev.
