Lawrence Mcgivney Jr

Mr. McGivney, age 71, died August 2, 2007. Born February 21, 1936, in Dillion, Montana, to Lawrence and Leota (Hughes) McGivney, Sr., he had lived in the White Lake area the past 22 years. On February 14, 1960, in South St. Paul, MN, he married the former Joanne E. Hanson. He had worked as an advertising executive for 25 years, retiring from the Colonial Golf Course in 1999. Mr. McGivney was a member of the Elks Lodge and White Lake Eagles Aerie #3214. He also served in the US Air Force. FAMILY: his wife, Joanne; 2 daughters, Mary (Rod) Sikkenga of Hastings, MN and Susan (David) Bault of Mainesville, OH; 2 sons, Patrick (Rosemary) McGivney of Kaycee, WY and Thomas (Brandi) McGivney of Abilene, KS; 11 wonderful grandchildren; and 1 brother, Glen (Lee) McGivney of NC.
