Lavon B. Dittenber

Mr. Dittenber, age 69, went to be with his Lord. January 26, 2008. Born June 26, 1938, in Midland Michigan, to Bernard and Murilla (Baser) Dittenber, he had lived in the White Lake area for over 40 years. On January 30, 1965, in Las Vegas, he married the former Virginia Meeks. He worked as a machine builder for Lyons Machine and Tool. He also worked for Lift-Tech International as well as the former White Lake Bowling Lanes for many years. FAMILY: His wife, Virginia ("Ginni"); Step mother Jean, (Floyd) Meddaugh of Midland; 1 son, Glen Crow of Montague; 3 Daughters, Patricia (Kevin "K.C.") Grigonis of Hampton, Virginia; Brenda (Chris) Covil of Deale, Maryland and Rhonda (Richard) Bernard of Hinesville, Georgia; 10 Grand Children, Michael Starkey, Abbey Boehm and Jennifer (Peter) Biles all of Hampton, Virginia, Jodie (Dennis) Roesler of Montague, Kyle (Anje) Crow of Grand Haven, Krystal (Will) Fowler of Savannah, Georgia, Ashley Hutson and Brenden Bernard of Hinesville, Georgia, Trent Hutson and Amber Crow of Muskegon; 5 Great-Grand Children, Cameron, Caitlyn and Christian Biles, Antonio Perez, Blake Shortt all of Hampton, Virginia; Siblings, Cheryl (Ken) Herringshaw of Lisle, Illinois, Mary Ann (Clay) Massey of Saginaw, Joyce Dittenber of Midland, Richard Dittenber (Deb) of Breckenridge, and David (Ronda) Dittenber of Leslie Michigan. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who also loved him. MEMORIAL SERVICE: Wednesday, January 30th, 2008 at 2:00 PM, at Lebanon Lutheran Church, 1101 S.
