Johnson, Mr. Laurence Bernard North Muskegon Mr. Laurence Bernard Johnson, age 81, passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2020. He was born in Muskegon, MI on March 21, 1939 to Anton & Lena (Wolfe) Johnson. He married the former Karen Austin on August 27, 1960. Mr. Johnson was the owner of Johnson Hall in North Muskegon & the owner and operator of Johnson Heating for over 25 years. Laurence or as others called him, "Lunk", was a member of Laketon Bethel Church & a former member of White Lake Eagles & Northside Lions. Lunk loved to golf, deer hunt and could fix anything. He enjoyed frequenting the North Muskegon McDonalds for coffee with the guys & riding on his lawn tractor with the grandkids. SURVIVORS Wife of 60 years, Karen; daughter, Pam (Michael) Kraley; grandchildren, Matthew Kraley, Megan Kraley, Emily Kraley; brothers, Paul (Rosemary) Johnson, Vern (Judy) Johnson; sisters, Darlene Sarasin, Norma (Joe) Scott; sister-in-law, Betty Johnson; brother-in-law, Harold Haase. He was preceded in death by his son, James "Jimmy" Johnson, July 27, 1990; brothers, Arthur sisters, Ruth & Elaine. SERVICE Wednesday, December 9, 2020, 1:00 PM at Laketon Township Cemetery with Rev.
