Laura Peoples

Mrs. Laura L. Peoples, age 91, died Wednesday, May 6, 2009. She was born in Bitely, MI on January 11, 1918 to John & Alice (Plews) Sutton and married John R. "Dick" Peoples in August of 1940. Mrs. Peoples had been a Homemaker who enjoyed life, love & her family. She was a member of Twin Lake United Methodist Church and will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS Sons, Richard Dale (Diane) Peoples of AZ, Cary W. (Nola) Peoples of Twin Lake; 7 grandsons; 8 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; brothers, Kenneth Sutton of Muskegon, Roger (Ada) Sutton of AZ; sister, Barbara Lawhon of OK. She was preceded in death by her husband, John R. "Dick" Peoples, February 20, 1985; brothers, Howard, Bernard, & Elwin & sister, Jessica Nichols. SERVICE Monday, May 11, 2009, 6:00 PM at Twin Lake United Methodist Church with Rev. Don Vuurens officiating. MEMORIAL: Twin Lake United Methodist Church Memorial Fund.
