Baby Lillie Marie Lau, "Our Little Fighter", infant daughter of John and Jennifer Lau, was born and sent to Heaven on October 24, 2006. 'You never said 'I'm leaving', You never said goodbye, You were gone before we knew it And only God knows why. A million times we needed you, A million times we cried; If love alone could have saved you, You never would have died. In life we loved you dearly, In death we love you still; In our hearts you hold a place That no one could ever fill. It broke our hearts to lose you, But you didn't go alone, For a part of us went with you The day God took you home.' Lillie Marie is survived by her parents, John and Jennifer Lau; sister, Carmen Lau; brother Michael Lau; half-brother, Devean Kroll, all of Muskegon; half-sister, Haley Lau of Lansing; grandparents: Michael and Arleen Lillie of Muskegon, Robert and Ruby Williams of Montague; great grandmother, Carmen Potter of Twin Lake; Aunt Amanda and Aunt JoAnn of Des Moines, IA; Uncle Joshua (Kasey) Lau of Rothbury, and Uncle James (Kathy) Lau of Fostoria, OH.
