He was born in Muskegon, MI on May 11, 1952 to Vincent S. & Martha A. Moors Colcord. Mr Colcord was retired from the military having served in the U.S. Army. He was a communicant of Sacred Heart Catholic Church & was a member of the American Vets #5, American Legion #10, both of Marion, IN & the Knights of Columbus in Cadillac, MI. SURVIVORS Wife, Monica; 2 sons, Aaron Colcord of Cadillac, MI & Larry Harriette Colcord of Sault Ste. Marie, MI; 2 daughters, Evelyn Andy Colcord of Manton, IN & Katrina Mike Carey Colcord of Cadillac, MI; 3 grandchildren, Larry Colcord III, Isaac Colcord & Anthony Hirdning; half sisters, Debbie Colcord of Muskegon, MI, Ondrea Senecal of Grand Rapids, MI & Wanda Watson of Marion, IN; half brother, Michael Colcord of Marion, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents, a SISTER, Gretah Reismiller & by a brother, Dale Colcord; aunt & uncle, Virgialee & Ralph Retherford.SERVICE Friday, March 1, 2002, 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Fr. Norm Droski officiating. Interment at Mona View Cemetery with a Veterans committal under the auspices of the Muskegon County Council of Veterans.
