NICHOLS, MR. LADEAN D. Muskegon Mr. Ladean D. Nichols, age 84, died Saturday, February 21, 2004 in Muskegon. He was born in Ferry, MI on June 15, 1919 to Wilbur D. & Edna C. Fogg Nichols & married Carol Louise Haga on July 8, 1943 in New York City. Mr Nichols had been a mail carrier for the Muskegon Post Office, retiring in 1982. He was a WWII US Navy Veteran and a member of the National VFW. Mr. Nichols was a member of the National Association of Letter Carriers, the National Association of Retired Federal Employees, the New Era Bible Church & enjoyed gardening. SURVIVORS wife, Carol Louise; 4 sons, Louis David Tina Nichols of Montague, MI, Charles Robert Gayl Nichols of Shelby, MI, Ronald Wayne Jeanette Nichols of North Muskegon & Mark Allan Norma Nichols of Howell, MI; 1 daughter, Caroldean Brocci of Spring Lake, MI; 9 grandchildren & 11 great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Hilma Schneider of Muskegon; many nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by 1 sister & 2 brothers. SERVICE Wednesday, February 25, 2004, 11 AM at the Clock Chapel with Rev. Robert Sponable officiating. Interment at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
