Kneale David Alpers, age 78, passed away Friday, August 9, 2024. He was born in Suttons Bay, MI on August 2, 1946 to Henry & Lucy (Bellanger) Alpers and graduated from Suttons Bay High School. Kneale served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam war. He had been employed as a machine operator for Sealed Power Corp. for over 30 years until retiring. Kneale enjoyed going to auctions and hunting for great deals. He also liked gardening, welding, working on tractors and tinkering around the garage.

Children, daughter Laura (Jim) Woodring, Kneale (Josephine)Alpers; grandchildren, Breanna woodring, Dillan Woodring, Kadie Alpers, Nathan (Eva VanWyck) Alpers; brother Jim (Shirley) Alpers.
