Kenneth Tyler

Mr. Kenneth J. Tyler, age 87, passed away Friday, December 21, 2012. He was born in Muskegon, MI on April 9, 1925 to Charles & Mabel (Anderson) Tyler and served in the US Navy during WWII. He married the former Dorothy Jeanette Buehrle on May 25, 1946 and had been the owner of Buehrle Engineering for years until retiring. He was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and life member of the VFW Don Rea Post 8846. SURVIVORS Son, Greg (Sandy) Tyler; grandchildren, Dusty (Joyce) Tyler, Kim Tyler, Nicholas Britton, Stacey (Nate) Long; great grandchildren, Linnea Tyler, Ryan Tyler & Bryce Tyler; son-in-law, Gary Britton; sisters, Lila Allard, Evelyn "Irish" Dean. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Dorothy in 2009; daughter, Janet Britton in 1998 and brother, Edwin "Chet" Tyler. SERVICE Friday, December 28, 2012, 1:00 PM at the Clock Chapel - Muskegon with Rev. Ben Jansen officiating. Interment at Fruitland Township Cemetery.
