Kenneth Frederick Speer

Kenneth Speer, 87, of Muskegon, traveled to his Lord and Savior at 87 years of age on

July 14, 2024.

Ken served his country proudly in the US Navy. He married Susan Carnes on November

19, 1966 and they enjoyed nearly 60 years of marriage. He was a member of Olivet

Evangelical Free Church. He enjoyed singing in the church choir, watching football, and playing baseball in his younger days. Most important to him though was always his family and the Lord. He was a wonderful, funny, loving, KIND man who will be deeply missed.

Wife, Susan; sons, Brian, Ken, and Mike Speer; daughter, Amy (Matt) Strand; son-in-law, Patrick Wittkopp; sister-in-law, Marilyn Speer grandchildren, Torey Speer, Matthew Wittkopp, Morgan Wittkopp, Zachary Speer, Michael (Evonna) Speer, Carson and Kenleigh Strand; great-grandchildren, Kimberlee, Olivia, Jozilyn, Evie, Scout, Adrian, Austin, and Jacob;

He was preceded in death by: his parents; brother Terry; grandson Adam Speer; and his daughter, Lori.

Saturday, July 20, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Clock Funeral Home 1469 Peck Street

Muskegon. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the start of the service at the funeral

home.
