Mr. Halverson, age 85, passed away Mon., Aug. 4, 2008. He was a World War II Navy veteran. He worked as a real estate broker and was resident manager at Pine Grove Manor in Muskegon. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly. Mr. Halverson is survived by two sons, two sisters, three grandsons, one granddaughter and three great-grandchildren. Visitation is Fri., 1 pm at Harris Funeral Home in Shelby with the memorial service to follow at 2 pm at the funeral home.
