Kathryn A. Bulkley

Ms. Kathryn A. Bulkley, age 99, passed away Friday, April 19, 2019. She was born in Muskegon, MI on August 12, 1919 to Edson & Emma (Behm) Bulkley and served her country in the US Air Force. Kathryn graduated from North Muskegon HS and Western Michigan University with a Bachelors Degree. Ms. Bulkley had been employed as a Teacher for Oakridge Public Schools for 17 years until retiring in 1985. Kathryn was an avid golfer who traveled the world to over 100 countries, loved kids, her students and her 3 generations of nieces. She will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS Sister, Marjorie Matthews; nieces, Ann (William) Funk, Peggy (Mark) Boelkins, Ruth Carol Warfield; great nieces, Jacquelyn (Kevin) Huss, Kimberly (Jonathan) Hekman, Julia Warfield-Wittig, Betty (Timothy) Bemis; great nephew, Bradley Boelkins, Thomas (Ann) Warfield; numerous great-great nieces & great-great nephews; many dear friends, especially her Fremont golf buddies. She was preceded in death by her parents; 1 sister; 2 brothers, and longtime companion, Helen Harmon.
