Kate Cooper

Mrs. Kate Cooper, age 92, was welcomed into the arms of her loving savior on Thursday, July 14, 2011. She was born in Muskegon, MI on September 4, 1918 to Nicholas & Hilda (Bultema) Bronsema and married Charles D. Cooper on February 1, 1946. Mrs. Cooper had been employed as a receptionist at Daniel's Hair Salon, and Show N Tell at Meijer for 15 years. She was a long time member of Lakeside Baptist Church whose love for her family showed in everything she did. SURVIVORS Daughter, Kathy (David) Burlingame of Muskegon; grandsons, David Burlingame of Hawaii, Daniel (Amber) Burlingame of Muskegon; brother, John (Barb) Bronsema; sister, Winnie Bronsema. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles D.; son Charles W. "Billy"; sisters, Ruth, Bessie, Jennie & Betty. SERVICE Saturday, July 16, 2011, 11:00 AM with visitation 1 hour prior to the service at the Clock Chapel - Muskegon with Rev. Ken Shady officiating. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery
