Karolyn Augusta Rollenhagen, age 91, passed away Monday, September 25, 2023. She was born in Muskegon, MI on December 1, 1931, to William & Antoinette (Zahn) Flickema and graduated from Muskegon High School in 1950. She married Kenneth Rollenhagen on June 03, 1955. Mrs. Rollenhagen worked in the Reeths Puffer School System for a number of years as a librarian and secretary. She was very involved in the children's lives with school activities, scouting, and as a Sunday School teacher. Karolyn was a member of First Baptist Church. Karolyn had a great love of the outdoors, she enjoyed sewing for all family members, was an avid bird watcher, reader, and always had a puzzle going.

Daughters, Carrie Sorensen of Muskegon, Beth (Mart Bartoli) Davis of Twin Lake; son, Peter (Lisa Benavides) Rollenhagen of Holland; grandchildren, Paul Sorensen, Kaj Sorensen, Elizabeth (Brad) Reid, Dominic Davis, Carlin Rollenhagen, Cole Rollenhagen; step-grandchildren, Alexandra Schwerin, Angellica Bradford, Marissa Perry; great-grandchildren, Jamison, Emerson, Winter, Bradley, William, Alana, Adrian, Chloe. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Rollenhagen in 2022; her parents; siblings, William Flickema, Harry (Ike) Flickema, Albert Flickema, Alberta Goldsborough, Annjean Yandian.

SERVICE
