ATKIN, MRS. JUNE MAXINE Muskegon, MI Mrs. June Maxine Atkin, age 76, died Monday, September 22, 2003. She was born in Muskegon, MI on June 2, 1927 to Benjamin & Pearl Hirding Wright & married Arthur Atkin on May 6, 1943 in Muskegon, MI. Mrs. Atkin had been a homemaker & a member of the Ladies Auxiliary V.F.W. Post #3195. She enjoyed needle work & youth groups. SURVIVORS 1 daughter, Delores Atkin of MN; 4 sons, Terry Atkin, Ronald Sandra Atkin, Robert Cathy Atkin & Arthur Vicki Atkin, all of Muskegon, MI; 19 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Ella Glasen & Ida Adams, both of Muskegon, MI; several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur in 1991; a son, Arthur, Jr. & by 4 daughters, Ruby Tice, Betty Atkin, Mary Ann Jones & Joyce Tice. SERVICE Thursday, September 25, 2003, 1:00 PM at the Clock Chapel with Rev. Clifford Lones officiating. Interment at Egelston Township Cemetery. VISITATION Wednesday, 7-9 PM at Clock Funeral Home.
