Judy K. Miller

Mrs. Judy Kay Miller, age 71, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 after a long battle with Alzheimer's. She was born in Muskegon, MI on November 12, 1947 to Stanley & Helen (Jones) Schliewe and married Michael Miller on July 12, 1969. Mrs. Miller had been a loving wife, mother and grandmother who was artistic and loved painting, swimming, the beach and taking annual trips to the family cottage in Canada. SURVIVORS Husband of 49 years, Mike; son, Steven Miller of Fruitport; daughter, Kristi (Dan) Takens of Byron Center; grandchildren, Kennedy Nowicki, Mason Nowicki, Ellie Huerta; twin sister, Joy (Gary) Johnson; brothers, Grant Schliewe of Twin Lake, David Schliewe of Twin Lake; sister-in-law, Judy (Tom) Beecham; nieces & nephews, Angie Poepoe, Gary (Meggan) Johnson, Brian (Brook) Johnson, Kaylee (Kyle) Morrow, Shane & Austin Poepoe; aunt, Joan Nummerdor; and many other nieces, nephews, and cousins. SERVICE Saturday, February 23, 2019, 1:00 PM with visitation one hour prior to the service at Clock's Sunset Celebrations in Fruitport.
