Mrs. Joyce Ann Lewinski, age 91, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023. She was born in South Bend, IN on September 29, 1932 to the late Clarence and Bernice (Feather) Lebo. She was a 1950 graduate of Riley High School in South Bend, IN and would go on to marry Eugene Lewinski on August 24, 1957.

Joyce worked at Studebaker and as a legal secretary, but she found her true calling in volunteering, with her dedication and selflessness having a tremendous impact on the Muskegon community. Not only did she serve as the Volunteer Coordinator at Hackley Hospital for over 20 years, she also contributed to the success of numerous organizations and events, including Summer Celebration, Harbor Hospice Poppen House, Frauenthal Center for the Performing Arts, and the Sandy Corley Memorial Run. She found joy and fulfillment in bringing people together and making a positive difference in their lives and communities. Joyce was a member of Central United Methodist Church, the Red Hat Society, and Widows Together.

SURVIVORS

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Bernice Lebo; husband Eugene Lewinski; and granddaughter Kristin Lewinski. She is survived by her children, Neil (Kathleen Lemmen) Lewinski and Jennifer (Alfred) Kaulius; grandchildren, Matthew (Kathy) Lewinski, Jessica (An) Nguyen, Emily Kaulius, and Abigail Kaulius; and great-grandchildren Braden, Austin, and Avery.

SERVICES
