Kurtzweil, Mrs Joyce Lorraine Muskegon, Michigan Mrs. Joyce Lorraine Kurtzweil, age 77, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020. She was born in Muskegon, MI on May 1, 1943 to Walter & Florence (Ruse) Hinkle and married Ronald Kurtzweil on March 25, 1983. Mrs Kurtzweil had been employed at Kmart in shipping and receiving & then was hired at Rose Janitorial cleaning Brunswick until retiring in 2012 . Joyce was a member of Port City Church and enjoyed crocheting, knitting, baking, shopping, camping and loved all pets; giving treats to any animal she would visit. She was known for sending out cards to relatives for all occasions. SURVIVORS Husband, Ronald Kurtzweil; daughter, Janet Gilliland; son, Joseph (Melissa) Pfenning; grandchildren, Jason, Jessica, Billy, Travis,David great grandchildren, Jonathon, Jordan, Jason, Makayla & Jayden; great great grandchild, Jonathon III; best friend, Joyce Dunham; fur babies, Dog, Charlie & cat, Demon. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Walter, Tom & Dennis & a sister, Beverly Meyers. SERVICE A celebration of Joyce's life will be held at a later date.
