Hopson, Mrs. Joyce Charlotte Muskegon Mrs. Joyce Charlotte Hopson, age 90, passed away Thursday, August 6, 2020. She was born in Forest Grove, OR on June 15, 1930 to Karston & Pauline Johanna Emma Augusta (Reisner) Rapson and married the love of her life, John Hopson on November 2, 1951. Joyce enjoyed traveling including, Alaska, Germany, Hawaii & Norway, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family. SURVIVORS Son, John "Sandy" (Louise) Hopson, Jr.; daughter, Natalie (Brad) Slater; grandchildren, Erin (Alicia) Hopson, Noah (Frances) Hopson, Benjamin (Louisa) Vernot, Julia (Matt) Brooker, Matthew (Rebecca) Slater, Caroline (David) Erdman; 8 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Sue (Bob) Oakes; brother-in-law, Clare McArthur; many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John in April of 2014; brothers, Bill & George Rapson. SERVICE According to her wishes, no services will be held.
